1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged or Defective Product
If the product you received is damaged, broken, or defective, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and clear photos.
✔ Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will replace or refund it.
❌ Refund Not Applicable For
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Size/colour preferences
- Products damaged after use
- Products without unboxing video
- Discounted / Sale items

3. Refund Timeline
Refund processing time depends on your payment method:
- UPI / Wallet: 2–5 working days
- Bank Transfer / Netbanking: 3–7 working days
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5–10 working days
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Earrings
- Used or worn products
- Opened packaging
- Custom-made items
5. Order Cancellation
Order can be cancelled only before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
