Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours before dispatch.
- To cancel, contact us via email or our Contact page with your order number.
- Cancellations are not possible after the order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Please submit return requests within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Exchanges for eligible items are available within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping fees are refunded only if the error is from our side.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items, custom-made jewelry, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Requests missing required proof or made after allowed timeframes will not be eligible.
